google eclipse free mmorpg maker and read some of the tutorials and see what u can do. Story and ideas are not really needed as those are the easiest and pretty much anyone and everyone wants to do that lol its the other stuff that is a bit more harder id need help with, im working on sprites now and trying to figure out the new mapping and animations system.

I hope more people join you in this project, however I don't have time for that kind of stuff. I manage a business, make music, and run a not-for-profit organization, so my time is pretty pressed. Good luck!

I would so love to help with this if I can ever find the time, I have actually worked with Eclipse Origin for a little bit, enough to understand how to use it.

If I ever have space for another project this will be first on my list.

I always thought this game would be amazing if it was like uo with titan quest graphics with a bit of diablo mixed in there too. The going a true 3d route and your hitting on mortal online or darkfall but with a Japanese theme.

Hmm, thats a very good idea actually.

You start off in a small village which is destroyed by soldiers for not paying taxes... you fight and eventually raise an army and become shogun. Ta dar!

Its single player tho and you can't sell it however it does sound sweeeet

I like the thought of a Skyrim mechanics setting in a Japanese themed world, that would be awesome.

I do hope that Tatsus Character and or customization will be rivaling or up to par with APB`s customization, same for armors and housing, maybe build them like lego is a good idea that will intrigue many me thinks- plus it would totally eliminate the "clone" feeling.

Like for housing have a set of surfaces,pilars roofs, textures to pick from and assemble to your liking- ofc the various things will add to ingame cost of housing but makes it more unique.
Same for armor, have a set of front,back, shoulders, triangles,squares,circles,masks, extra decorative items, while maintaining the realism and history oh and not forget color schemes to pick from. Bit off topic i know but perhaps my little rant sparks some ideas

Dex let me know when u get time and we can start something, ive been having some trouble with the new eclipse mechanics, the tutorials suck for the new program. Trying to figure out the animations on background stuff like water.
